Head ache with insomnia but it works
Took about 3 hrs to feel the effect, had some headache and also intermittent sleep first night but by day two it was normal. This pill is very potent, my member was hard as rock for next 2-3 days. Even going to pee when you hold your member it would just stand upright and become hard. Had difficulty peeing as at home trying to pee was hard a sore went everywhere due to member being stiff hard. Had to clean my bathroom due to it. In the bed with two different ladies, it was one of the best performance. They looked tired but I was ready to go get more rounds. Very effective _ but has side effects
