Simple, Easy, and Cheap headache-saver!
If you've ever tried wiring a car stereo without this adapter, then you know how time consuming and frustrating it is--nevermind the cutting off of the factory-plugs, and striping/crimping "in" the dash...oh yeah, and if you don't like your aftermarket radio, or it doesn't work, and you want to put your factory radio back in...ha! Remember all that cutting and crimping in the dash? You're gonna do it all over again; that is, IF you didn't cut the plug wires too close to the plug--which you probably had to, as the automakers don't really give you more wire than necessary.
For the price of this part, and simplicity of installation (color-coded: splice to your radio, plug into you vehicle's factory plugs/harness), you cannot beat it!
The worst part is having to wait a few days possibly without tunes!
