Thanks to Kluson for great guitar parts at realistic prices. $25 to brighten up the tone of me Les Paul is money well spent. Why spend whatever insane price Gibson is charging when you can get a Kluson? It's just a piece of aluminum people. It shouldn't cost a mint. ultra light with best tone
I have some early 60's guitars that have a classic tone and have very light weight, so I've been experimenting modifications that reduce weight on other guitars. The aluminum meets the criteria and is sonically different from potting metal or brass. Great tailpiece!!
Great bang for the buck where a lightweight stop tailpiece is concerned. It fits properly, its VERY lightweight, the plating is beautiful, the price is right, and it DOES come with studs (some tailpieces costing twice the price dont come with studs, which doesnt make sense since the thickness of the tailpiece mounting ears and the spacing on the stud bolts need to be properly matched to ensure the tailpiece fits correctly and is stable). An economical version of a historic guitar part.
