Stopped working after an update installed.

I've only owned it a few months and it stopped working after an update installed. It will barely charge. There were other small things that have been happening since I got the phone but those glitches were easy enough to overlook. Overall, for the price , it’s pretty nice, I didn’t expect everything to work just as a new iPhone but it seems like everything is just fine.
