Got my phone holder really fast. Took it out of the box and with the easy to read picture instructions set it up in my car. I love the versatility of positioning the holder in different directions while figuring out where would be best to set it up. It has a sticky suction base with the secure lever to keep it secure in place and if you want to move the location of your phone holder, the suction base isn't permanent.
