Very easy to use, tester turns ON power supply so voltages can be tested.A must for ATX power supply.

Great way to easily check if your power supply is up to snuff.

Tester works to test power supply
The tester works as advertised. I was able to troubleshoot the problem with my computer failing to boot up. The only thing I wish this had would be a connector for an SATA power connector. Great troubleshooter
Works great. I used it on a known good PSU and all of the lights functioned as expected.
It's nerve wracking to push the power button on your computer and nothing happens. Armed with this tester you can quickly diagnose the PSU.
All necessary instructions are printed right on the unit.

Just remember that many ATX PSU do not use -5 volts.

Unable to detect failure
Even with a failed power supply it can and does read as working correctly. The absence of the voltage verification can be misleading and cause damage if you are replacing a failed motherboard due to a failing/failed PSU. This is what happened to me.Lire l'avis complet...
