Worthless piece of plastic and metal

This was described as a replacement key.. It actually was a plastic shell. There was no content in it whatsoever. It was not programmable in fact all the buttons were fake. The only thing real appeared to be the actual key on it. The theft device on the car prevents this tip type of key from working whatsoever. . I want my money back.
