personally meaning is.. i dont know
I've never wax used before. after taping my stick, I use my lighter and it brings out the glue thru the cloth, I press/smush the tape with the lighter making the tape stickier and sticking to the blade better.
I thought everybody did this, apparently nobody does, that I know...they're starting to now :)
..or you can use the wax, which I tried last w/end and all I can say is..
