Printer is working great
Got my brother printer working perfectly again. Watched several how-to videos and combined parts of them to come up with the best way to do it. First I used about 3ml in each of the colors and black injecting a little at a time, moving the printhead across the paper towel each time and a fresh paper towel for each color/black, then I let it set for an hour. Then repeated the process. It took about 3-4 cleaning cycles to get all the cleaning solution out of the printhead.Lire l'avis complet...

Saved me from buying a new printer
At first, I had difficulty with how to put the pieces together. Reading the directions a second time, I finally understood. After following the directions once, I printed a page and it seemed like the printer was working wonderfully. However, a few days later, when I printed something, the darkness of the printing was very uneven. Although, it is much better than printing a completely blank page which is what was happening before using the product. I guess I will try using it again. Product is as described, but I would like to see the hose be an inch or 2 longer to make it easier to connect to the syringe.

A great product that really works, a must have.
The cleaning kit cleaned the printer head on my HP 5520 Photosmart printer that hadn't been used in years.

too hard to use tube is to light weight. I recommend to take your printer to someone that can
fix it. ended up messing the printer up and having to buy another one. After a while u just need
