You get what you pay for.

Well constructed and durable. The multiple battery trays is a very nice feature. Feels very good in the hand and the overall look and feel of this battery grip seems like oem.

My only issue with this product is that after about 15 minutes of use, my scroll wheel stopped working. I've tried absolutely everything I can to rule out the product itself being the issue such as fresh batteries, power cycling the camera and grip in different combinations, and altogether disconnecting the grip and reconnecting, all to no avail. I'm not sure why this is and I may have just gotten the one single item that was defective, but overall, you get what you pay for I suppose.

Im going to likely buy a new oem Canon BG-E8 grip to get rid of the issue as I'm not happy with this since the scroll wheel is an essential tool when settings need to be changed quickly.

I've also noticed the plate that holds all of the pins that make connection inside of the camera is loose fitting and moves around slightly. I tried to tighten the screws in it, but that did absolutely nothing.

This is a very good cheap upgrade for an absolute beginner, but for someone with years of experience that can't afford to lose that functionality, it kind of sucks, for lack of a better term. Hopefully other people don't experience this issue. Lire l'avis complet...

The grip

This is a good grip for the money. I gave it an ok rating simply because it does not fit as snug as I would like. It fits ok. My other camera has a grip on it that fits snug against the bottom of the camera. To me that will keep dust and dirt out. But then again, there probably isn't a lot it can hurt with the batteries being inside the grip and the connectors are inside the camera.Lire l'avis complet...

Very good product, pay close attention to the camera type it's not for all Canon EOS cameras.

One of the best of the best

This battery is one of the best investment that I ever I mean ever invested into for those you all do not want to carry around an extra battery sometimes things may go over that you do not expect you can always rely on an extra battery so why not have to in your battery grip I would recommend this from whomever who has a camera and love to take pictures or videos great investment
