Extremely clear, lower end lacks a little.
Gets loud, bluetooth works well. Lower end lacks a little, but it's an 8" driver. Produces bass, but not the kind that rattles windows. Overall has pretty decent sound quality for the price. "Great Little Boom-Box!"
Very happy with these speakers. The bluetooth on one speaker was not working with I-Pod until I bluetooth'd the laptop and now the blue tooth works fine. For the price, I sure got my money's worth. I've only tested them at home, but will run them soon for three hr family gig: Confident they will do fine. With speakers of this size and price, one must be aware not to clip and over limit the drivers. The bass is fine for a speaker of this size but man O'man, I sure wish Lyxpro would make an affordable 8 inch subwoofer to match this badboy. Still, for this size, they sound great! So far, so good. Works well
It is being used in a loud factory and is easily heard. Bluetooth is a nice feature. Not the lightest speaker to carry around but small enough to put in my locker.

Bigger than its size!
First the pros of this device. Amazing design! Feels as if this will last a long time with basic care of a traveling musician. I have three different size P.A.s now for use in all size venues. As a evangelical musician and preacher I have used electronic sound for most of all I do. It becomes an issue when you set up a multi part sound system, when all you need is a small system. THIS one fits that role perfectly. It covered a room that was about 40'x50' today with less than half volume, and no one had a hard time hearing what was being said and done! The sound is surprisingly BIG!
As for cons, the only minor complaint I have so far is the span of EQ is not very wide at all. Would be nice to dial in mids or a cleaner sound. Sometimes today it felt a little "boomy" and with a quick adjustment most of it disappeared.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a small venue tool, this works very well. For the small gig, or busker, this too will work very good. As a music player for a small room or even a small house this would suffice nicely as well. All in all, a well thought out design in a small, but very functional package! Get one soon. I would love to try out a 10" or the 12 " system they have like this, but I am on a limited budget. Speaking of which, these can be found often for about a hundred bucks, and if you shop carefully you sometimes can find one, as I did, for about $65.00, and free shipping. (I almost feel like I stole this, don't tell the police, okay?)

UPDATE: January 29, 2017; Added my harmony pedal to this device which uses mic in and out and guitar in and out and immediately with the sound adjustments on the pedal this "little" device came to REAL LIFE! Pedal has an auto-EQ adjustment, along with reverb, and now this little, low-cost product sounds like a $1000.00 PA! If you use it this way, you HAVE to buy and try this little wonder out! PLEASANTLY SURPRISED
First off, for $100, this powered speaker is built rather well. Everything feels quality. All the knobs, buttons, even Bluetooth connectivity, it all works and feels very well.
I speak to groups of 40-100 people weekly. I bring this speaker with a speaker stand, and plug my wireless mic receiver in the back with a 1/4 cable, and ‘POOF!’ I’m in business! Pre meeting and post meeting, I’ll play some music as well through the Bluetooth option, this is simply a great product!
Also, I use 2 of these speakers as ‘house speakers’ and connect a small mixer to them for a 3 piece band with a couple of vocal mics. WORKS GREAT FOR SMALLER VENUES AS ‘MAINS’!Lire l'avis complet...

Great speaker for our meetings!
I had bought a microphone and needed a speaker to use for our TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) meetings, of which I am the leader. Member kept telling me to speak louder, until we finally hooked our microphone up to this speaker. We can use it with a cord from the speaker to the microphone, or wirelessly, which we prefer. Great value for a light weight excellent portable PA speaker
I had bought one of these somewhere else for $120 and really liked it. Went back to order another and found the price had jumped $10 in a week. Looked here and found the same model of almost half the price and it was new with warranty!
This speaker is a fantastic value. I plays pretty loud and clean, is easy to carry, includes a built in mixer and amplifier. Can play from an SD card, USB port or has blue tooth built in. Not a ton of bass but it is only and 8" PA speaker. Great for background music at parties or as a small public address system. Highly recommend.Lire l'avis complet...

Great speaker
bought this to use as a computer speaker at work i work in a automotive machine shop which can become an extremely loud environment at times i also play guitar using the Chordify app this speaker is plenty loud for both you can Bluetooth or use an external cable I also use the same set up at home love it Hope this helps Rock onLire l'avis complet...

Decently powerful PA speaker w/ bluetooth, RCA/XLR inputs.
I'd prefer the 10" or 12" model in regards to bass, but this is plenty of power for even large rooms. You can daisy chain these together with XLR cables. Good design. Well constructed and the panel on the back gives plenty of options.
I wish there was a reasonably priced unit like this with a battery, like the ION Tailgator, but the ION units just seem poorly constructed and gimmicky.Lire l'avis complet...
