I love them.

I needed these because after drumming and sitting the beaters get dirty. It doesn't matter what you do they will get dirty. If you are playing outside and some sand happens to get between the beater and the drum head it can start to erode the drumhead. The evans patch will slow this extending the life of the drumhead. Anyway you look at it these will extend the life of your drumhead. Also the owner Ulises G. is great. I highly recommend the Evans EQPC2 Bass Drum Patch and I recommend buying them from Ulises G.at ulysguitars.

Have used these on all my bass drum heads…excellent product that does not hinder the sound or attack of the head in any way…would recommend any Evans EQ Patch for your bass drum batter head …

Double the life of your bass drum head

Add additional sound dampening while protecting the batter. I have a heavy foot and was constantly breaking bass drum heads. This does the trick
