For a person like myself who have never tasted a smoothie, I'm in love with this stuff. The best way to mix this is to use soy milk, it somehow enhances it. Either this is some great stuff. I have no complaints. I recommend this to anybody who wants to get into shape. It does what it says and it's just delicious with soy milk & if you're lactose soy milk has no side effect of messing with your stomach. Its a must try, i guarantee you won't regret it
