Great working tool

This tool is a must have for do it yourselfers and radio tech's. it is very simple to use and works just as it's designed to. I used it the other day for the first time and was very amazed at how easy it was to remove my radio from my 01 Ford Ranger in less than a minute. This tool eliminate having to remove the screws from the radio trim. you just insert the prongs into the four holes on the face of the radio and push them in gently until you hear a click, spread them apart left and right just a little and gently pull the radio from the dash. it works every time. designed for Ford, Mazda, Mercury and possible some others. This is a must have tool for the do it yourselfers and radio technicians. I highly recommend it.

save them!

if you have these or are going to buy them, do not throw them away afterwards! they are a great tool but not inexpensive! I had a pair of these from a car I had and tossed them out after I installed the radio...now I need them for a different car and this car requires 2pair! I tried using a coat hanger type thing, but didn't work.

Easy to use. Much better than homemade tools.

It's not clear when you look at the photos but these have kind of a notch at the tip that helps to grab the radio by the clips and pull it out. This makes it much easier to remove the radio. I recommend these tools. For the price, they make the job so much easier - especially if you need to remove the radio more than once. I had to do this because I added a 3.5mm jack to my factory radio and needed to test it a few times.Lire l'avis complet...
