Shipping packaging was very substandard and also I have had to throw away 4 disc's thus far due to recording surface defects either marred or having a substance on it that prevented recording; cleaning the discs did not fix the problem. Highly Reliable

I use a LOT of DVD-Rs and I've found Verbatim more reliable than (e.g.) Memorex.
