craftsman 1/2 inch drive tire socket impact wrench gun
400 ft lbs ha. I don't even think it's 100 ft lbs. I have ran several impacts in my life but I personally don't think this impact has the balls to even loosen a bicycle tire. Very disappointed that I bought this impact. Have to loosen everything up by hand before you can even use it to take off a lug nut.Lire l'avis complet...

I have owned air impacts as an owner operator of a shop and an ASE Master Technician and BMW Master Technician, so this review comes from a 20+ year user of these kind of tools. I knew the price was too good to be for any decent 1/2” drive impact. It DOES NOT produce anywhere near 400 ft lbs of torque! You will be lucky to get a little over 100 ft lbs! I torqued 5 lug bolts at 125 ft lbs and this impact gun would not remove it at 90, 100, 125 or 150 psi air pressure. I gave it a one star only because it looked good! Good impact gun
I have tried it on the tire swap on my trailer, and it works flawlessly. Torque was right. I have been working on machines for 35 years, I bought it for the home use, it's a good air impact. I read the instructions for it and followed them to setup for use. The assembly lube was sticky and needed to be cleaned and replaced.Lire l'avis complet...

It doesn't have power to loosen/tighten the wheel nuts.
just started using this take it off my Wheels this Craftsman air wrench has no power cannot even break a lung loose so I'm guessing I have a defective impact wrench not happy !!!!

Wont take off loose lug nuts
Use an impact wrench every day for work though I would get an inexpensive one for at home so I got this one. Wouldn't take off lug nuts thought it might be my compressor so I took it to work and it still didn't loosen any lug nuts. Used other gun then tested it by torquing lugs to only 60 pounds and it just sucks. DO NOT GET THIS!Lire l'avis complet...
