Celtic Woman Still At the Top in Professionalism

It is good to see yet a new DVD of Celtic Woman, after their Destiny release over two years ago. Of course, Mairéad Nesbitt has departed, to pursue her own musical projects (including merchandising her own line of violins). She is replaced by Tara McNeill. She plays the violin as flawlessly as did Nesbitt, and also plays the harp. For several years, she has played the harp in the band; now she has harp solos. You can see her playing the harp in the background on the Destiny disc. When she plays the violin, she also moves around the stage, although she does not frolic as frenetically as did Nesbitt. There can only be one Nesbitt! My only criticism is that the sound mixing does not seem to be perfect; too often the back up choir cannot be heard, and a few times when McNeill is playing, her violin cannot be heard. The sound mixing in the Destiny blu-ray disc was better. Hopefully when this new DVD comes out in blu-ray, the sound mixing will be improved.Lire l'avis complet...

A wonderful Concert with beautiful picture and fabulous sound

I am a huge fan of Celtic woman i love all the different lineups of the band. I am absolutely amazed by this wonderful Concert the audio is absolutely incredible with a beautiful picture. The concert is wonderful all the tracks are great I love the solo song Tara did for the love of a princess absolutely incredible version one of the best. The ladies have beautiful voice and are absolutely stunning to look at.if you are a fan of Celtic woman or a fan of beautiful voices harmonizeing together and singing beautiful music you will love this.
