LEDs that fit in circular undercabinet puck lights, yay.
I was happy to finally find some LED replacements for our G8 base Xenon bulbs that would physically fit in our under-cabinet circular puck lights. They fit, they're a good color temperature, but they're 35 watt equivalent and since we're replacing 20 watt bulbs, they are much brighter. So, I like them but I had to find alternatives that are 20 watt equivalent or at least closer to 20 watt. I know, I should have recognized that 35 watt equivalent would have been overly bright before I ordered them.Lire l'avis complet...

The 3 watt 3000K is just like the 20 watt halogens.
The heat of the halogens limited what could be stored above them.
These are cool and efficient. There are no electronics at all in the G8 bulb.
This is a difficult device to manufacture. Some will not stand up to vibration.
Some will just start blinking. Order 5 if you need three.
The price went down from $25 to $15 for 5, so just order extra.
You will be happy once they settle down. They last for a very long time.
