iclaw is good but could be improved
This piece of equipment fills a real need for gigging musicians. It is a pretty well built device. I have two of them and one has threads that are difficult and somewhat bound up, and the other one works freely so I'm guessing the manufacturing process is somewhat inconsistent. That said, as booms go, this one is as well built as most. Also, I want to place my music iPad to the side of my mic stand. It does do this but not precisely at a right angle. It seems like the unit was designed to hold an I Pad directly in front of a mic stand which makes no sense to me.Lire l'avis complet...

Works good but not as easy as it looks.
Works fine but it can be a bit clumsy getting it in the right position. I have one just like it and bought this as a spare in case the other breaks at t gig or something...

Its great , unless you have an iPad Air
This is a quality iPad stand and works great except , It says it accommodates an Air but in fact it does not . The arms which are interchangeable snap in and fit a iPod, 1-2-3 and Mini . You can use it with an Air , but it has a lot , as in about an inch or so of lateral play, so you have to be wary.Lire l'avis complet...

Talent iClaw A Great Product
I play the drums and use the Talent iClaw with an Apple iPad Mini mounted on a mic stand. The iPad fit perfectly into the clips provided and is securely mounted to ensure it does not fall off. The boom arm and rotating adjustment are great features, especially for a drummer, since my mic stand is placed further out compared to a guitar player or front person...the boom arm allows me to see the iPad screen better. Not much to complain about at all!
This item did everything I wanted it to do! The only thing that could be improved upon is the forward and backward tilt. After a bit of adjusting, I was able to get the iPad, which I am using for live auction sales, into a position that I could properly display my items. It would be nice to have a little more but I am satisfied with what I do have for now! Great product. I also have an iPad pro, which I can easily alter the bracket to fit it as well. Drummer using iClaw for live gigs
I was tired of using a music stand and books with sheet music for lyrics mainly because the stand took up so much room and when positioned where I could see it, blocked the audience's view of me. So I looked into tablet holders that would attach to my cymbal stands. I found this one and it looked like it would work. I liked the long arm that allows you more flexibility and I'm so glad that I bought this one. I'm able to position my iPad using this tablet holder on a cymbal stand so that it sits nicely between my hihat and my snare. It's low and almost unnoticeable to the audience, but with the software I use to scroll through lyrics, it's the perfect combination. I like the iPad holder but if it hangs out to the side of the mic stand...it droops! So, I have an adjustable arm from another mic holder that I prop under it. It now stays in place. I just do not want to over tighten and break the unit.Lire l'avis complet...

Good Quality
This is a well built unit that does the job. It contains 3 different sized setups for various Apple ipads and the construction is fairly solid. Works like a charm for my use.

Nice construction, but clamp could be better!
It holds my iPad Pro nice, but if I should bump into the mic stand it is attached to, the whole thing falls.

IPad Holder
My main concern is it is not adjustable to my and Ipad with the cover on. Otherwise it's okay probably my fault not realizing it could not be adjusted to my iPad. If I didn't have a protective cover on my iPad it probably would've fit. I guess now I'll have to buy another one and make sure it is adjustable top and sides.Lire l'avis complet...
