This product was sold as NEW, It clearly has been used. I bought this for a birthday present. I wrote the seller about this issue but got no response.

Awesome looking case
It fits really well and gives the a lot of classy look over the plain black otter box. My only negative comment would be that the clear plactic face scratches fairly easy.
