One of if not the best splash and go! 2 for one stone if you so desire.
Great price for the best stones out there. Spyderco and shapton glass are arguably the best splash and go stones on the market. The nice thing about the spyderco is that it's 4x as thick as the 5mm shapton glass, so it will last a lot longer. Even with flattening(which mine didn't really need upon arrival). The 302F or Fine stone performs roughly around a 1500-2000 stone, but with very nice cutting power and feel. I had read about this possibility: I flipped the stone and sanded it with 600, 1000, 2000 grit wet sandpaper and turned the back side of the stone into an ultra-fine equivalent. Turned out great! Now I have a fine and ultra-fine. I marked it with a sharpie on the side. Great stones!Lire l'avis complet...
