Works better than tabs, wet it and wear it till it drys for custom fit.
For hunting a glove is better for me I can do things with my hand with it on, a tab always gets in the way stalking or shifts out of position when I need to make a shot.

Good glove
Takes a few hundred shots to get good and broke in but once it’s broke in its good for what you spend
