Sturdy and versatile stand.
Overall, a nice and sturdy unit, with a hefty base, generally strong-looking parts and versatility,
I have mounted an Olympus VMZ which is quite a heavy microscope, it the stand handles that well.<br>One small criticism: the bolts that tighten the clamps around the main vertical column have plastic knobs- these don't look terribly durable and it would be nice if they were steel.
