Great phone for the value, easy to use.

I've had this phone for nearly half a year now, and this phone has overall been a great, easy to use phone. I've never had any real problems with it, it's never broken or the software hasn't messed up. The interface is clean and easy to use, nothing is hidden, and for a non-smartphone, it's very customizable. The keyboard is easy to get used to and feels good. It's touchscreen is reasonably responsive and easy to control, and the picture viewer is very neat, and the camera is very good. There's little hassle in using this phone.

There are a couple of issues I have with it: When I write out a text, but decide not to send the text and clear the text, it still asks if I want to save it as a draft. If i'm texting one person a lot, or if i'm texting multiple people at once, it can get irritating. Also-if you have unlock set to all keys, it's real easy to accidentally dial people. And even with unlock set to "lock key only", it still happens from time to time. The music player can also bug out occasionally, and it can be difficult to move/remove the widgets on the home screens. The picture viewer can also be a hassle when trying to zoom in on pictures. The camera also doesn't have flash.

The phone overall is very good value, and it's hard to see the average person having a problem with it. It's very fully featured for the money, and it works very well. A decent phone

This is my 3rd Samsung Reality, so that's why I'm only rating it 3 stars. The charging ports continue to go bad on me. I like the qwerty keyboard & the fact that I'm not required to get a data plan with this phone. I only use the phone for calls, text, and picture messaging. I don't do the internet so I can't say if this is a good feature for this particular phone. The camera doesn't take the best pictures, but it does what it needs to do. The battery will last awhile unless you talk for long periods of time then it needs a charge.Lire l'avis complet...

Great value for the money!!

I purchased this phone about a month ago and so far I love it. I didn't want to have to pay for a data package but I wanted a touch screen, a camera and video and a querty keyboard. The reality has all of that. The only negative thing I could say is it doesn't have a light when taking pics or video. It's a good quality phone for the money and it gives you the feel of a smartphone without the extra cost. I would definetly buy another one.Lire l'avis complet...

best no data phone

This phone is great for someone that just wants a great voice and texting phone. The problems that some have had with inadvertent dialing because of the screen becoming unlocked was easily solved by changing the settings to use the side button lock. I does have a little less battery life because of the larger brighter screen but still lasts up to 2 days depending on use. Very dependable and easy to use phone.Lire l'avis complet...

Great features, doen't work on prepaid so buyer beware

I was looking for a good cheap updated phone that didn't need a data plan. This seemed like the best deal for the money. In all the phone was exactly what I was looking for and seemed like it could be great. It had great features and the ability to add a data plan if you wanted but it didn't work on my verizon prepaid plan and there was no way that it could be programed to work on my prepaid plan. The phone seemed like it could be great BUT I was never able to activate it so I wouldn't really know. I can't really tell you about adding things and reception or even the batter life because right now its just chilling in a box waiting to be sold or traded in. I Got The Beat!

This phone was shown to me by a customer at Lenscrafters. She loved it and now I can sys it is great for my needs. I fits well between my two kids smartphones that share my account.It has great voice recognition for hands free calls during my 45 min. commute each day. It has great Music Player. The touch screen is tricky, but functional.It was a better deal than the 2 yr. contract from Verizon.

Excellent phone and solid build.

Bought one and two weeks later bought another. Use as a phone, camera, and texter. The only weakness is the lack of a flash for the camera. Verizon dropped the ball when they discontinued this non-data plan touch screen phone. Solid build, quality screen, fast, good QWERTY slider keyboard, good camera, outstanding clarity and volume on calls. I definitely recommend this phone. Great phone with full qwerti keyboard & no data plan. Easy to use&navigate!

I bought this phone because of the great reviews and doesn't require a data plan. Love the slide qwerti keyboard. It has a great shortcut menu. The only problem I've experience is it doesn't always recognized the SD card. I must remove and insert it a couple of times before it will read it. great phone

I previously had this exact phone but the charger port gave out and it was out of warranty. I have had minor isuses with the phone but overall it is a great phone, very easy to use and understand.
