Not Quite as Advertised

The system was described that "The battery cover has some scratches and is a little loose due to wear" however the tab that keeps the cover secured is broken clean off and will not remain shut. Additionally in spite of saying "This console has been fully tested and restored for the next user" the console has shut down instantly multiple times from light impact (i.e. being placed on a desk, shifted in hands when moving) to the battery compartment. While it works perfectly fine provided you take great care not to tap the battery cover it is terribly inconvenient considering the design of the PSP system. For a $90 expense that made claims to being fully tested and restored this is a significant oversight.Lire l'avis complet...

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker PSP Entertainment Pack FTW!

I bought this product because I had a PSP 1000 since near launch day and I just couldn't take the screen ghosting anymore, especially while playing Peacewalker. And I have to say it was a great and worthwhile upgrade. It came with a copy of Peacewalker a 2gb memory stick, and a voucher to download 2012 the movie. The only thing I don't like about the 3000 model compared to the 1000 model is that it is very light and feels much more cheaply made, but it seems to be solid. The screen is a HUGE upgrade. Don't listen to everyone who says scanlines are an issue, as I have never seen any. It's mostly 1000 and 2000 owners screaming the scanline issue who have never seen a 3000 in action. Also it's green! I love green, my favorite color. Overall this is a great product and I must say Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker is by far the greatest handheld game ever created. Great Job SONY! SONY PSP 3000 Metal Gear Bundle!

SONY has done it again! The New PSP 3000 is the best PSP to date! The new integrated mic is great, now you don’t need the head phones with the mic just a pair of really great head phones. The bundle SONY came out with for Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker was a really great idea! Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker is an awesome game! It comes with a free movie; the movie 2010 and a 2GB Memory Stick PRO Duo. The PSP 3000 is very light and slim compared to the PSP 1000. Good Little System with a unique color

I like this model PSP better than any other PSP I have owned in the past. The quality is much nicer and runs a lot better than the older models. The color is a very nice and unique green that I like very much. The game is fun to play that it comes with and it overall is a good deal. The only downside is that it does not come with too much memory (2G only) which will only last a very short while if you intend to actually use your PSP. I wish it came with at least 8gb of memory, but I am still happy with what it came with. So far this is the best handheld system I have played, and I have pretty much used them all (Nintnedo DSI, gameboy, older PSP models, etc.)Lire l'avis complet...

Love the PSP

Never thought I'd own a PSP, ever since they came out, I was never particularly drawn towards them, but then this bundle came out, and it was just around graduation time for me, and I thought why not, I've been needing a new MP3 player anyway, and that's part of the reason why I love the PSP, it does so much. Games, videos, music, movies, internet. I lost my first one after leaving it on a plane, but bought a new one (Which is also the Metal Gear Green PSP, which I am VERY happy about) to replace it and I've fallen in love all over again. I do love my DS, since I'm a big Pokemon fan, but my DS definitely doesn't do as much as my PSP does!Lire l'avis complet...

PSP3000

It's a great video game system. I waited on writing the review because the game seemed to pause by itself. Not with the start button, but the reset button. It did it 4 times in 2 nights, but has not done it since.
This is my second PSP3000 in 2 years. My last one a black line was created on the middle right side of the screen. After dealing with that for about 6 months, it was finally interfering with game play.
