Adesso keyboard

My opinion of the Adesso Tru-form 150 illuminated keyboard is mixed. While I love the back light on the keyboard, I find myself fighting it to press the right keys. Some of the keys are very hard to press - in particular the backspace and the 'H' key. I am a lite typed - I do not pound on the keys to type. The sticky keys frustrate me to no end since I am constantly having to go back and retype words. I think if you are a hard typed, you will not have this issue. I am hoping that as I type more on it, the keys will free up and be easier to type on.
The backlight works great and really helps. I love to work in a dark environment and the blue backlight is perfect for me. I also like using the green backlight even when it is not dark in the room. I did not care for the red light option. To me it was not contrasty enough for me.
I would have given the keyboard a higher rating if the keys were not sticky.

Not worth over the $30 i paid

this keyboard is not worth the 50 or higher prices i see everywhere for it. you have to prop it up in order to fully re-create the original microsoft ergonomic boards. the keys are slightly 'off'-look carefully at the center of the keyboard. this is enough to cause problems with your fingers. the dash figure (-) will all of a sudden start repeating itself causing your screen not to function properly. (you must hit the backspace key and then delete all the dashes by backspacing. this happens alot. the dash figure inserts itself while you are typing, making your user name/password/ or regular word to be misspelled and therefore, you must restart the typing. the space bar is split and that can be confusing for your thumbs at times.
i like the clickety click which the original ergonomics had that microsoft has discontinued. in order to use the number pad, you have to google that the number pad is not working and make changes on your computer settings.i dont know about other versions of windows, but i am using wind. 10. took me a while to find that. (Control Panel
Ease of Access Center
Set Up Mouse Keys
Other Settings: Use mouse keys when NUM LOCK is: Make sure OFF is selected.) if this keyboard is geared for 'gaming', i dont know. i use it like a regular keyboard. if my 'old' ergonomic keyboards would work w/windows 10, i wouldnt have had to buy it.

Awesome Keyboard

Keyboard is great, love the ability to change the keyboard key colors. The only thing I would add would be feet to have the ability to elevate the keyboard. Other than that it is great. Soft keys, can’t say enough positive things about it..Lire l'avis complet...

Back-lit Ergo! But typing needs forced heavy hand.

Simply having backlight on an ergonomic keyboard is fantastic, bonus for three color options.

Typing is horible. Keys are slow and heavy. On first regular use it missed 20 out of 100 key presses. Thats a lot of backspacing and corrections. I've started to type more heavy handed to match the resistance of the keystrike. Bear in mind, they keys do press down and "click" but if you are not pushing hard enough it still will not register the new character on screen. I've had significalntly more wrist and forarm issues due to RSI with the switch to heavy forced typing.Lire l'avis complet...

Shocking quality

I bought this product to look good with my new desktop kit, and look good it certainly did. The build quality however is simply the worst I have ever encountered. After only a few days of use some of the keys began sticking and others didn't register a press at all without considerable force. The keys make a noisy rattle when pressed. It is virtually impossible to use. I've seen better quality keyboards retailing at under €5. Horrible (if not impossible) to use, cheap quality and over-priced. Although any price for a product that completely fails to perform it's function adequately would be too high. And this keyboard fails catastrophically, in all areas.Lire l'avis complet...

I HAVE BOUGHT THIS KEYBOARD, AGAIN....I LIKE IT SO MUCH....

This is my second Adesso 150-AKB-150EB WIRED KEYBOARD.
Yes, I did re-order this item, because i like it that much, for the elements other keyboard brands, don't have like back lighting keys, and "bend keyboard to allow larger hands...PREFER WIRED BOARDS, i never had gotten wireless keyboards to lay the type down properly, secondary to wireless interference, & blockage.". I like the multiple colors, which i use at night-time, especially the BLUE. This board offers some protection upon spilled liquids, i mean, i can open this keyboard up (after Warranty, of course), and wash the keys off, using q-tips...my last Addesso Keyboard lasted me 5 years of intense work, before i poured too much beer, under the keys....
I like the ergonomic split and slightly angled out approach, because i am 6'4" and my hands are huge. Plus, it provide some minor padding for the hand, down at the wrist or palm area, secondary to the gradient ed area off the keys....down my hand....this keyboard is relaxing to me, and it allows practice of good carpal posture...BEST KEYBOARD FOR $50 BUCKS, SHIPPED IN TWO WEEKS OR LESS.

Well, it looks nice...

The keyboard looks great. All three of the different illumination colors really shine.

However, the item is not really useable as a keyboard. This keyboard often does not register key hits or will double key strokes. I could only use it for an hour before it went in the trash.

Do yourself a favor and buy a Microsoft 4000 if you want a split keyboard. While the keys don't glow, it works great.

Lights are fun to use on this keyboard just for general typing, etc.

This keyboard is like the one I had before, so it's easy to use and fun to have different colored lights.

Adesso AKB- 150EB TRU FORM 3 COLOR ILLUMINATED ERGONOMIC KEYBOARD

My husband said I would use the green color from the word go, I thought blue. He was right for my eyes to focus well on them I go with green. I no longer have to turn the light on at night to see my keyboard because it is already lit. There is a little button on the far right that you can shut off the lights on the keyboard at any time. I also never order a keyboard unless it is ergonomic, which this one is. I absolutely love it, I already have ordered a second as a back up should anything happen to this one. It was worth every penny spent and I do not spend money lightly on keyboards. I can easily say this is the easiest, best key board I have ever owned and I can see it more clearly than any keyboard I have EVER owned. I have not found anything bad about this keyboard, I totally love it ! ! !Lire l'avis complet...

Great backlit ergonomic keyboard!

It's very comfortable, easy to use, but expensive.
