Excellent Camera

I have finally outgrown my beloved Kodak ZD710 and wanted to move up to a camera with a higher zoom. I have bought and returned another Kodak z980, a GE 15X and a Fujifilm S4000. The Kodak Z980 was o.k. but it was one big hunk of plastic, cheap feeling and clunky. The GE had the worst pictures. Very blurred @ high resolution. The Fujifilm was the biggest disappointment. It was huge compared to my ZD710 and not user friendly at all. I purchased the Pentax X90 and it was instant love. Easy to set up & the pictures are just fantastic. I finally had something that would rival my Kodak ZD 710. I'm very happy with this camera despite the fact it wasn't NEW when I purchased it. I would recommend this to anyone that is familiar with digital photography and want a quality product that is user friendly. I especially like the fact that this camera has triple shake protection (a must with zoom totally extended) and facial recognition for up to 32 faces!!! I have an eye-fi card & just love the fact I don't have to take it out of the camera to transfer pictures to my computer. With the X90 it has a setting for the eye-fi already built into it. The pictures transfer much faster than they did when I had it in my ZD710. In no time they're transferred and put into a folder that is dated. No guess work no cables, no pulling the card out. Small package sporting a BIG lens.

Easy to use and has some interesting features I didn't expect. I got the manual from another source and find new procedures as I go over the book more than once. I wish the battery were either bigger or more long lasting but Pentax had different features on their family of sub compacts. After a couple times usage, Iove this camera!Lire l'avis complet...

this is a excellent camera especially for the price. It is very light, jam packed full of features, shoots in HD video, and very easy to use, great for beginners!

Purchased the X90 when they 1st came out. I just love this camera. Easy to use. In my opinion it was best all around digital camera for the money at the time. It was even better on my 2nd purchase. Purchased it in as condition along with all of the accessorizes in like new condition for extremely reasonable price. Photo quality is outstanding. Making my ad's stand out. Still learning the camera which may take a bit. but I love the pictures so far. The price was right. At first I went to look through the lens and it was all blurry so I though something was wrong. Satisfy

I was looking for a superzoom camera with a good price and quality. The Pentax X90 is that camera. The buttons were easy to learn. One of the best camera to come along. This was a best buy.
