  Superb in every respect. Took a while to arrive but this was down to UK Customs & Excise and the Xmas period and all in all was kept in the loop via parcel tracking and direct emails from Roman at Zoundhouse, who was superb and answered all questions when contacted. Guitar was superbly outer packaged by Zoundhouse and arrived brand spanking new and undamaged. In the end, a pleasure to deal with, despite delays mentioned, many thanks for a guitar I thought I'd missed out on as out of stock in UK

Instead of the classic version, they proposed 2 special final edition. One is produced in more limited quantity. Thanks to her, I had the second more exclusive and hard to find for the same price.   Ich hatte über eBay eine Fender Stratocaster Gitarre gekauft. Die Kommunikation war super sowohl per E-Mail als auch telefonisch. Ich hatte darum gebeten, dass die Gitarre noch mal extra überprüft wird, da es ein Ausstellungsstück war. Man hat mir Original Fotos von der Gitarre geschickt und auch telefonisch sehr gute Auskünfte gegeben. Schließlich kam die Gitarre an und sie war so gut verpackt, wie ich es von anderen namhaften Musik Versandhäusern noch nie gesehen hatte.

  What a beautiful ukulele. Delivered early, well packaged and exactly as described. This is no fault of the company who sold it, but import taxes left little short of £100 on top of the price and delivery charges paid for the ukelele.
