    Seller sent me a message to make sure I had everything I needed before he mailed out my item and included an item worth $30 worth with it and was willing to work with me on the price as well. A+ service it was packaged in two boxes with bubble wrap and arrived without incident. Very impressed with customer service aspect of the transaction and the quality of the hardware.

    Seller was excellent. As described in listing, I received an unused motherboard in retail box. It was well packed in bubble wrap in another box, and it was taken to the post office on the same day as I placed the order. I received it on the early side of estimated delivery in perfect condition (with most recent bios installed). I can't think of anything the seller could have done better.

    Was originally sent a different variant of the cable that wasn't the specific one I needed, but I messaged the seller and they took care of me and sent a replacement which was the correct one. Mistakes happen sometimes. It's what you do about them that counts. And I'm pleased with my purchase and would definitely consider buying from this seller again. Thanks.
