  Quality looks great condition is great value is great the appearance is spot on it is just a little bit smaller than the picture keep in mind it comes in a very very small package but that is how it needs to be shipped to avoid High shipping cost and it definitely takes its original shape after just a couple hours I'm very happy with my purchase

  The seller forgot to send me the chiikawa plush in the same time with the hachiware one. I contacted the seller and he answered and sent me the forgotten one very quickly. Great communication regarding to the problem. The plush is like indicated in the annoucement (official MINISO).

  The seller was VERY helpful when the shipping companies were making mistakes. They always got back to me with a response, and did their best to figure out what was going on. In the end after trying everything, they offered a full refund. If you're on the edge for an item that you feel you'd like, just buy it, they are a very good seller

  Item as described, the sculpture takes time to complete, but the result is very good. The local delivery company is lazy and careless, but it's not the seller's fault. Thank goodness, got the parcel eventually after it sat in the bin room for a week.

  Second time buying from this seller, and excellent as always! Great value, new packaged condition, clean, etc. Thank you again for the Sakura postcard that comes with the tapioca plush dolls. I highly recommend this seller.

  I was informed today on Monday June 23rd that my package was delivered on Saturday 21st of June despite no couriers here do deliveries during the weekend and I was home too and wasn't even given call that it was deposited into my mailbox. However, 2 hours after contacting eBay regarding this matter, it was somehow magically in there. While I can't say much about the means of delivery beyond how amazingly fast it was, I love my little Cirno pear! She's so cute and soft! Very huggable! Thank you!
