    Got exactly what I ordered, very solidly packaged and was in perfect condition. Unfortunately, it didnt work for my prototype, asked if I could return and they offered and alternative unit or half refund. Despite it being a me issue, they were super helpful and beyond nice about it. Highly recommend them.

    Have contacted seller multiple times. Product shown is not product received. I have ask e-bay multiple times for help and can not get any response! Product received is not product ordered. Have been told to not return replacement is on way. I just want a refund on something that is incorrect. Warning DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! Forget about any help from eBay!! Such a ripoff!!

    Supplier has good communication. Very good quality and responsive supplier. I did not realise the item would take long to arrive as it was coming from another country, and in the end i had to buy one in UK, so i would have the battery sooner, so i refunded the item. The supplier told me to keep the item as the cost would be too high to send back.
