  I ordered the cards on the 6th of August and they were shipped out on the 11th. They arrived today, on the 26th. For coming from Japan I don't think that's too bad at all. The seller was also communicating with me for every step. They arrived packaged well, and there was even a cute tissue pack freebee. Overall, I'm very pleased. Thank you!! :-)

  Item description was accurate, item was reasonably priced compared to competitors. Communication was great—was sent consistent updates of when it was shipped but it did not arrive on the estimated date. Would recommend to others who are interested in purchasing items from Japan! Will probably come back again to see what else they sell.

  This is our fourth bag of AIM30 from you and once again all went smooth and fantastic! The packaging was perfect and the shipping time was amazingly fast considering our distance from you. The quality and price is outstanding as this product has literally saved our 17 year old Siamese kitty, Meka! Everything arrived looking in wonderful condition and overall this was a very uplifting experience. And the little added package of 'Karitto Treats' was an added and appreciated bonus! Thank You!

  Great communication, quick processing/shipping, and item arrived just as described - aside from minor tear in cardboard on back of box (was not a result of shipping), which did not impact the condition of the figure itself. To be fair, the listing stated "It is new item, but the box has some scratches and paint wear". Overall extremely happy with this purchase.

  The product is great. My cat loves it and I hope it will help his kidney disease. But it is incredibly expensive and the shipping/customs time from Japan to the US is very very slow. The sellers were quick to reply when I asked them to track it for me (the tracking number never worked) and they weren't too sympathetic to my concern. Never-the-;ess it's a good product and they were responsive.

However, we sincerely apologize for not being more understanding of your concerns, especially since this was your first purchase with us. We regret that international shipping—particularly via postal service and customs—can take a long time, and due to the weight of the item, the shipping cost is quit
