  Shoes arrived quickly, but via a different delivery service than I paid for. Condition was new as described but box crushed due to mailing in a poly bag.

  Listing did not indicate these were narrow width Birkenstocks. Sent me a pair of narrow width Birkenstocks. I contacted them about it but seller did not try to make things right for their misleading listing. Not an honest seller and would not buy from again.

  Shoes came exactly as described and fit my wife exactly as expected. Delivery got delayed a bit, but that was on USPS not seller. Package seemed professionally packed. Would definitely buy from seller again.

  I had ordered the shoes, but realized that i forgot to put in size and contacted seller because the size I needed(a gift) was no longer avaiable. This all occured in a matter of minutes. They got right back that I requested a refund and they obliged. IN a matter of a day, I recevied notice that refund was taking place and it did. Now, that is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
