  Need a diagnostic tool in order for them to be recognized by the vehicle. Otherwise, I recommend the seller. Fast delivery, quick replies to messages (although if you ask them a question and they tend to reply with something else.. probably not English speakers) and well packaged. Thanks.

  I wrote a frustrated note to the supplier when I couldn't get the disc to open the files. They were very patient and helpful with their response, and directed me, with photographs, to the correct installation. (I was trying to use an alien app to read the content) and It worked immediately with an informed attempt. Their immediate help is the great quality service I value as much as the product.
