  Unfortunately, the carrier was very careless with the shipping box & it was crushed during delivery. This resulted in some items suffering cosmetic damage; important being a Collector’s Item. However, the seller was very kind and helped me with my returns. I have bought from this seller before and received the item in pristine condition, so I know they are good. I would totally recommend this seller as this unfortunate shipping mishap was not their fault and they really were very kind & helpful.

  Outstanding seller! My initial mailing didn't contain the correct packaging for the figurine I ordered. I notified the seller and she immediately remedied the situation. She located the correct figurine & packaging and sent it to me the same day at no additional shipping cost. She also said I could keep the original figurine & packaging shipped to me at no additional cost. I'm very impressed by her generosity as well as her willingness to resolve the problem quickly. Great customer service!

  Seller got this thing shipped out QUICK, the box definitely has some wear but the listing's pictures indicated as much. Great deal, and very good purchasing experience!
