    This was a very positive EBAY experience! The seller offered a good price on a beautiful ring. Ring was exactly as pictured and in new condition. Communication was fast and the seller was very helpful in answering questions about getting it resized. They were able to get the ring resized and shipped the same day I paid. Ring was packaged well and arrived quickly. I would definitely buy from this seller in the future.

    The seller was very communicative, and answered my questions promptly. The US postal service somehow sent my package to the west coast first before bringing it all the way back to the east coast, and the seller took the time to track it down and let me know what was going on. I am giving 5 stars on shipping time because it wasn't their fault that the shipping service made a mistake. I would definitely buy from them again. The ring was as described and the recipient loves it! Thank you!

    I have purchased from this seller before. Once again I was not disappointed. Arrived quickly and was securely packaged. The pendant looks exactly as pictured and described. I had good communication with the seller and paid fair and reasonable price. I will come back to this seller in the future.

    The seller is PERFECT! QUICK email response & VERY FAST SHIP! The eBay authen process is what I have a BIG problem with! They FAILED to READ & COMPREHEND the details of this item that was supplied to them by the selr! To me that’s total IGNORANCE on their part! eBay needs to MODIFY the authen process entirely! ADD info from the GIA/authen. dept, advise 2 the cust WHY it didn’t pass & ALLOW the buyer to choose if they still want the item! Stop killing the sales for the seller & the buyer !

    Excellent seller with great communication. Item was beautiful and as described and seller shipped very fast. Packaging was also well done and secure. The seller was also easy to negotiate an offered price that had expired.

    Shipping was Awesome and the reason why is that they paid attention to the fact that I even placed an order ,unlike some vendors who when you place the order and 3 days later they acknowledge the order and then try to arrange shipping. This vendor once the order was placed less than 2 hours later I received shipping information and 2 days later the delivery. And the most important thing the item was top notch and a great value for the price.
