  Unfortunately the description in the title is misleading and doesn’t mention the throttle body. The exploded view does highlight the part when you find out the reference number in the listing. Was supposed to be 2 day postage, a tracking number was issued quickly but was never updated by Auspost because it was invalid, but after over a week and after contacting them they finally shipped the parts. Don’t think I’ll deal with again If I’d have known, $58 for a 100mm long 3/8” hose is outrageous

  Communication was Good, asking me for VIN number before sending item to make sure the item was correct for my car, and while the item had a little damage, they were Great communicating with me, giving me some options. I decided to ask for it to be replaced and once again they were Very Helpful with Good communication and promptly sent a replacement when I returned the original item. I accept that sometimes things happen, and I’m Very Happy with how well they resolved the situation. Thanks again

  Excellent communication while trying to work out the correct part. Well packaged. Delivered without damage in perfect condition. Certainly good value for money. No problems using this seller!!

  Great service and communication. Genuine Holden parts, they double checked part #s to ensure correct parts. So much cheaper than rip off Holden dealers for parts which should have been replaced free since they fell apart and presented an injury risk. Delivery time was a little delayed but only because they were sourcing the correct part numbers. Great Job Wills Auto Parts, thank you!

  The product was as described and had no issues with it. I received an email from the supplier confirming they had received payment etc, another email we would receive it in a few days another email saying it would be delivered the next day, it didn't arrive. Email them to see where it was and it hadn't been sent.My question is how do you receive tracking when it hasn't been sent. Would i purchase from this company again NO.

  A few issues with postage tracking didn't work, item hadn't been sent, flagged it and it was sent that day, quick to respond with communication. Got there eventually. Item as described. Thanks.
