The local shop that I had it delivered to could not find my package despite Royal Mail saying it had been delivered. Claire in customer services responded quickly and asked me to check again the next day with manager, and offered to send a new one in time for the fancy dress party if it wasn't there. The manager however found my package. The response from the Wild Nights Fancy Dress was excellent.
- *****- Évaluation laissée par l'acheteur.Six derniers moisAchat vérifiéThis is a load of rubbish This is not was described when I purchased it, batteries included it stated, no batteries with it they gave me an email address to contact them before I left a negative feedback only thing it wasn't valid not happy at all supposed to have a magnetic Base just plastic and they sent a square of sticky tape which is useless had to put positive as can't use negative for 7 days we should be able to tick negative as soon as they ask for feedback, will not use seller again

I sent the seller a plea via email and I got back such a courteous and helpful reply. My item came perfectly on time and MY DOG WON BEST FANCY DRESS IN OUR LOCAL DOG SHOW!!!!! Genuinely chuffed with the item though and the seller could not be more helpful 👍🏻
