Seller got confused by the premise of wanting different hose colors on front and rear. Rather than waiting for a response they made the product and sent it out immediately. Incorrect items arrived, I raised this issue and they told me to submit a return. I submitted a return and now they are getting snippy in messages & changing the terms to fit their needs
Great products. Poor communication. Poor customer service. More concerned with not getting marked as delayed than good customer service

Customer doesn't understand how ebay works for business and the effect their poor communication has on us. We can only wait a certain amount of time for poor customer communication before we simply MUST ship an item. We explained this to the customer and offered them a refund, but some seem to enjoy messing with business reputation even when the error is theirs.
