  I mistakenly ordered a refurbished fan from another seller. It only lasted a couple of weeks. I needed a replacement super quick. This seller completed order and delivered in two days !! Brand new item in box. Up and running well. Excellent service, great little fan and good value with free delivery. A**** seller 😁

  The product is exactly as described, high quality product, very well priced and was sent very quickly. when delivered it was damaged, in my opinion by the courier, upon being informed the seller could not have dealt with the situation any better, whatsoever, they immediately ordered a replacement unit and communicated constantly informing me of the progress along the way. I received the replacement unit which is perfect. I cannot recommend this seller highly enough they are brilliant. AAAA+++++

  Item arrived promptly, good product & good service. Seller was let down by their courier service. I was home but delivery guy never bothered to knock just left package outside front door. Anybody could have gone off with it. A neighbour knocked my door to let me know it was there, very irresponsible.

  Looks good, arrived in good condition, well packaged and s good price. A good small kettle, boiled the watquickly and would you believe it, this might be the quietest kettle we've ever had. Don't know how long it will last, but for this price, if it last two years, that will be OK. Another thing to add, yhis was ordered on 30th of April it was delivered the next day. A good ebayer to buy from.

  Although I have not receive my purchase, because the post (Amazon) left my item in a wrong address and even did not upload a photo for me!at least I find it by the photo, and the post never take the responsibility, BUT the owner is very nice, responsible and respectful, he responded me on time and politely. Also, refund my money immediately. I have never seen such a customer service ever!! Huge thanks. I am very satisfied with their professional service. Many thanks.
