  Oh boy! Let me tell you about these Con-Artists. RIPPED ME OFF and now out nearly $150 while they have the defective merchandise back in their possession! 1st: Despite the item description, the player was defective and wouldn't play any discs. 2nd: They agreed to refund me if I'd ship back the item. 3rd: After confirming with FedEx that the item was returned, delivered and signed for by PPauk, they stopped communicating with me. NO REFUND, NO PRODUCT. AVOID THIS SELLER! AVOID THIS SELLER!

  I bought a Denon SD recorder from this seller in January. Seller immediately printed a shipping label, but the item didn't ship till 5 days later, and that was only after I asked what the holdup in shipping was. I received a completely different Tascam product. Mistakes happen and I can accept that. I sent him a pic of the wrong item and he said he would "check with his online". Never heard from him again. I returned the item and got a refund, but only when I escalated to Ebay.

  The monitors were fine. It did take them awhile to arrive, but they were in good shape. What I paid for should have included the power cords and hdmi cords. Those weren’t included so I contacted the sellers right away. They said they would send me the items that weren’t included, and here it is almost three weeks later and still no cords. I contacted them about this and still no response. Should have gone with my gut and purchased cords sooner through Amazon. They arrived, tracked, the next day.

  Seller printed a label soon after the purchase, but never shipped the item. I left two or three kind of messages asking for an update and the seller never responded. I escalated to eBay, and ultimately was refunded.  Disappointing.
