I was recommended this text, and i've only spent a few days with it so far. That said, it's designed to help build endurance, and i have already started to find the exercises doing just that. In general, they aren't overly complicated and many are /very/ similar to one-another, but i've found that this puts me in a meditative mood more than a bored one. It's been surprisingly helpful to focus so deeply and patiently on flow and technique. Definitely worth checking out, i think!
