    I have too many good things to say about Viva Japan. I have purchased 2 items from him on separate occasions. Both times, the items arrived 2-3 days after purchase, all the way from Japan. And the items always look brand new. The way the items are packaged is more like art. Very precise bubble wrapping inside a Japanese box. It is clear that this seller cares about the items being shipped out. I always smile when I unbox an item from this seller. I can't recommend him enough

    A great digital audio player featuring Sony's proprietary operating system (non Android). The item came well packaged and the condition was as described. The player language was in Japanese but a small program can change this easily and quickly without harming the device (search for 'SonyNWDestTool'). The seller thoughtfully included printed English instructions from Sony. I would recommend this seller as they were attentive to any questions I had and the item was sent quickly.

    Item was exactly as pictured in the listing, and was verified to be working perfectly upon arrival. Shipping was prompt, and packing was effective at protecting the 3DS during its journey from Japan to the US. Ended up having to return the item, and there is a bit of a language barrier, but the seller was understanding and the refund was processed promptly. Very happy with the customer service.

    Extremely fast delivery, very well packaged, the product came in pristine condition! I am very happy with my purchase as well as the quality of the product. The description is matched perfectly and I will definitely purchase again from this seller. Also the Sony player came with a case so I didn’t have to buy any extra accessories. Well worth the price vs. Buying new on Amazon on other refurbished sites
