  Seller dealt with an error by Royal Mail very professionally, so I would 100% trust purchasing from them again. Product was well packaged, postage was fair, as was the price. Because of the Royal Mail error, I won't see the product in person until October (not a problem for me), but as far as I can tell it all looks good.

  Each book individually wrapped and packed safely in the box. Shipped out fast but ebay lost tracking after customs so it was a pleasant surprise when it arrived! Books are in great condition and seller went above and beyond to accommodate my fiddly messages - thank you so much!!
