  The hat is amazing and it is just what I was looking for and a good price. It was was just as described and and in like new condition. It was packaged very well and shipped on time if not a bit early. The hand written note was a very nice touch and made the experience feel very personal. I would recommend Victoria'a Cozy Corner as a Seller and I would definitely buy from this seller again.

  Hoodie arrived stained with food marks and covered in human and animal hair. Messaged the seller and instead of an apology, received abuse, told to wash it & accused of buyer's remorse! If that were true, I wouldn't have bothered communicating with seller - I'd have just opened a case, returned the item and eBay would have refunded me, no issues. As a seller myself, I gave the seller a chance to do the right thing - an apology would have sufficed. Belligerent, nasty seller!

  Just take a look at my feedback, does it look like I'm a belligerent nasty seller? Buyer claimed it was covered in cat hair. It was washed and we don't own a cat. Pkg went to ebay hub, buyer claims pkg was ripped open but sent no proof nor wants a refund. Got mad and is using feedback as revenge because I suggested they wash the item again. My pictures show it is nNOT covered in cat hair as they state. If so mad about this "filthy" item, why not return it? If it looks so bad, why buy it?
