    I messaged the seller after 8 days as the order hadn’t been shipped and they replied saying that it would be sent. It was sent after that and arrived well packaged, with everything as described. When it arrived along with a separate order that I placed at the same time, I realised that the label on the parcel was for a different, 3rd order that I had later placed. When the 3rd order arrived, it had the shipping label for this order on it. I notified the seller but didn’t get a response.

    Item arrived in good time and well-packaged. It is in the condition described and looks beautiful. It was one that was not being sold much. The seller obligingly combined shipping on the extra items I ordered for a great price. I would certainly order from this seller again.

    I have purchased this soap from this seller in the past with no problems. This time, I bought two sets of the items and requested the combined shipping pricing that was available. The seller mentioned to request this before purchasing which I did. However, eBay required that I commit to purchasing in order to request combined shipping. I emailed the seller three times and had no response other than eBay reminding me to complete the purchase which I did after a few days. Everything else was great
