    Excellent pre-purchase communication. Fast shipping for freight (Sent Monday arrived Thursday). Good packing as the hood was going nowhere on its pallet. Item as described. The hood looks great on my car. I asked for the bolts for the hood. I was not guaranteed that I'd get the bolts as the hood was already packed but they were shipped anyway. I felt this hood was a good value. Very happy with the experience and price.

    Veldman’s Auto Parts was an exceptional experience for me. It was so easy to navigate their parts and find mine right away. Their communication was excellent. They shipped the glass out and sent tracking information as soon as the purchase was confirmed and they sent it out as soon as possible. It arrived in perfect condition & fit my car perfectly! I read all of the descriptions to confirm before purchase like they suggested. I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto parts!

    Anyone looking for parts and does not consider this operation, is missing the Boat. This Place is nothing but FIRST CLASS! I Made a reasonable offer, told them I needed it shipped ASAP, they excepted and shipped it they same day. I received it the Next Day, It was packed to were there was no way it could get damaged. The part was exactly as described and worked and fit as it should. They have Just made a new customer for all my part needs

    Once the company realized I didn t receive my item. They tried to fix the issue by tracking down my package. When it was discovered that my item was lost in delivery. I was contacted by the seller with an update on my shipment, an apology for my experience, and an immediate refund. I appreciate their honesty, promt customer service and feedback. My experience was hassle free. 😁

    Shipping was fast and as described. Packaged as any wheel should be. There are a couple scratches but still this wheel is great condition for the price. This is a trustworthy seller. I usually don’t type reviews but I know the difference they make on EBay. $100 total with tax and free shipping for a 2020 wheel. YOU CAN’T BEAT THAT!!
