  The item arrived with a few spare parts missing. I’ve had this happen occasionally with other sellers. It’s hard to know why. Maybe it was a return item and it was unnoticed or the manufacturer erred. This seller was very quick to respond to my concern, gave me no grief, and promptly refunded my purchase after the return was received. That means a lot. I would buy from this seller again.

  When it first arrived it was not the exact right item. When I told the seller about it they were right on top of it saying I’ll get the right item out right away. The second one came today and it’s the right item. Accidents happen we are all human. Overall great experience.

  Excellent customer service. Item came exactly as described & in perfect condition. It arrived at my door in under 5 days, which was quicker than I expected considering I had it delivered through USPS. If the need arises, I definitely will use "Collective Variety" in the future.

  The shipping was a bit slow, however the seller shipped the day after the order was placed. It was packaged nicely, it was as descirbed and is a great addition to my collection! Thank you so much! As well as that, the price was lower than the official product. Shipping costs are awesome as well.
