Messaged seller and they said they needed to check their shop. For what?Had to open a case.seller told me they wouldn’t refund me until I closed my case. Not going to do that! Once a case is closed you can’t reopen it. If they’d just have refunded me the first time I wouldn’t have had to open a case. Sad bc I really love their jewelry.
