  Fast shipping, and item was new as described. Unfortunately, the manufacturer did a terrible job remastering/producing the dvds and the picture and sound quality were terrible. I requested a return and was quickly issued a return label and given an assurance the refund would be issued promptly, which it was. I greatly appreciate the good communication from the seller! Would do business with again!

  The DVD set arrived quickly, very carefully packaged, and as described. Unfortunately, some of the discs in the set had problems playing. The seller was helpful with great communication and sent out a return label for me to get the DVD set back for exchange. The only bad news was that they had no more of that item in stock at that point. The seller issued a refund to me instead. I believe I'll re-order from them when it's back in stock.

  Totally my fault, but there was an address on file that we no longer use, and the package was returned, but after an email to Upstate Trends, they took care of it and re-shipped to me.. Thanks very much, customer service was Awesome!

  This is a great price for a brand new sealed boxset. Now, there was a mishap in shipping it to me, but the seller responded and fixed the situation immediately and I got it two days later, which I appreciate immensely. I certainly recommend this seller as well as the series.
